Timely Initiatives and Procedure:

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly notify us via email before 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day post-receipt of your asset. Day 0 begins from the purchase date.

Seamless Buyback Requests:

For buyback requests, ensure the vehicle is at the Buyer’s location, and on-site payment is made. We repurchase at 100% of the original purchase price, deducting only documentation fees, shipping, taxes, or state fees related to the return.

Insured Assurance:

Rest easy knowing your asset is fully insured during this period, except when the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the event of an accident.

Return Conditions:

Please note we cannot accept returns for modified, accident-involved, damaged, or altered assets from their original condition upon delivery. Additionally, assets used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance) are ineligible for return.

Efficient Return Processing and Timing:

Upon meeting return criteria, expect a prompt refund process. Allow 1 – 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
